Merger of Keystream and New Age Service Provider
In response to the rapidly growing market for mobile VoIP services, the independent communications solutions company Keystream merges with the software development arm of NASP New Age Service Provider. The name for the combined entity will be Zaark.
Zaark will offer mobile VoIP solutions to companies and organizations around the world, either as turnkey, branded white labels or as a SDK whereby mobile VoIP based call- and messaging functionality is added to an existing app.
“The market for mobile VoIP-based communication services is huge and Zaark has a truly unique B2B offering. Not only do we have a unique product portfolio but we also offer a wide range of services and functions including a complete CRM system and a combination of PSTN and VoIP calls.” says Johan Öhman, CEO of Zaark.
To date two operators are live using the Zaark solution, Plingm and Mara Connect. Integration of the third customer is currently on-going with a scheduled launch mid December.
Keystream was founded in 2007 by Olle Frimanson who has over 25 years experience from system development in the telecom industry of which the last 10 focusing on VoIP solutions. Keystream has primarily provided client and turnkey VoIP solutions. Olle will resume the role as CTO of Zaark.
